some issues
missing amenities unpleasant smell
I found several aspects disappointing . the lack of a fridge in the room was inconvenient. standard amenities were missing, such as cotton wool and a nail file. the bathroom had an unpleasant smell in the evenings, it seemed the hotel didn't take action when i reported it.
